One of our practices had a large amount of aged receivables that we needed to collect on. With Inbox Health we were able to contact patients without wasting a lot of money on sending paper statements. While physical addresses change, patients tend to keep their email addresses and cell phone numbers, so Inbox Health’s unique systematic approach was much more effective and saved Keystone a lot of money!
